Use it for signup flows, verification codes, templates, and low-risk service trials—not as a promise of a permanent mailbox.

Keep testing brief, safe, and out of everyone else’s way
By using ForwardTop, you agree to the rules below. This document brings together permitted testing, clearly prohibited conduct, retention periods, and the limits of responsibility.
Only process emails you are authorized to receive and test. Do not infringe anyone’s identity, privacy, or systems.
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours, while forwarding delivery logs are generally retained for 30 days. Export anything important promptly.
Automated attacks, spam, fraud, and attempts to bypass restrictions may result in an address, session, or network source being blocked.
Permitted use
- Test registration, login codes, and account-recovery emails for your own products
- Check HTML templates, subjects, senders, and plain-text fallbacks
- Isolate your everyday email address for low-risk trials
- Use separate aliases to distinguish legitimate subscriptions and service relationships
- Perform quality assurance and security testing within your authorization
Strictly prohibited
- Sending or handling spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
- Impersonating others, bypassing blocks, or creating third-party accounts in bulk
- Receiving illegal materials, transaction credentials, or personal data without authorization
- Scanning, load testing, reverse engineering, or interfering with this site or upstream infrastructure
- Reselling access, harvesting mailbox inventory, or evading quotas and rate limits
Service periods and limits of responsibility
These periods are normal service targets, not a guarantee that any individual email or specific point in time will be preserved indefinitely. Complete your checks within the valid window and keep separate copies of important materials.
| Service area | Normal boundary | Your responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Disposable address | 3 hours by default, up to 24 hours | Complete testing before expiry; do not use it as a recovery email |
| Incoming temporary mail | Accessible while the mailbox remains valid | Review and delete sensitive test content promptly |
| Alias delivery logs | Generally retained on a rolling 30-day basis | Keep separate records required for your work |
| Service availability | Provided as is and as available | Prepare an alternative channel for critical workflows |
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement where you live, or authorization from a guardian and your organization. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Creating a mailbox, logging in to the console, or using related features means you accept the current version.
2. Service description
ForwardTop provides short-term disposable inboxes, plus alias forwarding and delivery-log tools accessed through email verification codes. Features may temporarily change due to maintenance, security incidents, sender policies, or network conditions.
We do not guarantee that every sending system will accept temporary domains, or that every email will arrive. Blocking, delays, and content filtering by third parties are outside our direct control.
3. Temporary address boundaries
New addresses are valid for 3 hours by default and may be extended as permitted by the interface, up to a total of 24 hours. Changing an address makes the old address no longer useful for current access, so complete any necessary checks first.
A temporary address must not be the sole login or recovery method for an important account. You accept the risk of access interruptions caused by address expiry, cleared browser data, or lost tokens.
4. Login and account security
Verification codes are sent to the receiving email address you provide, which you must continue to control. Session tokens, authenticator keys, and one-time codes are sensitive credentials. Do not share them publicly or give them to untrusted automation.
If you discover unauthorized access, log out immediately, disable suspicious aliases, and contact support. If you fail to protect your email or device properly, we cannot recover control from the email provider on your behalf.
5. Aliases and forwarding
Alias prefixes must follow the format rules and must not use reserved words, impersonate trademarks, or suggest a misleading identity. After an alias is paused, new messages may be discarded without generating a bounce.
Email forwarding may be affected by spam filtering, quotas, and delays at the destination mailbox. Delivery logs are for troubleshooting and are not a complete audit record from the sender or destination mailbox.
6. Content responsibility
You retain rights to your lawful content and grant us the limited permission necessary to receive, process, display, forward, and scan it for security. This permission exists only to operate the service and does not authorize us to sell your email content.
You warrant that you are authorized to process data you upload or receive and that you comply with privacy, intellectual-property, export-control, and communications laws. If a third party makes a claim about content, you must cooperate in explaining the basis for your authorization.
7. Prohibited abuse
You must not use the site for spam delivery, credential theft, harassment, malware distribution, evading third-party rules, or unauthorized account creation. Do not bypass rate limits or quotas through concurrent scripts, rotating proxies, or other means.
We may assess abuse risk using technical signals, complaints, and reasonable investigation. To protect the service, we may block requests, destroy addresses, or freeze sessions without advance notice.
8. Intellectual property
The website software, visual system, marks, documentation, and service orchestration belong to ForwardTop or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy the brand, resell the service, build a confusingly similar product, or remove rights notices.
You may reference public documentation for normal integrations, but you must not imply that we endorse your product. Feedback may be used to improve the service, and we are not required to compensate you for general suggestions.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” and may undergo scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs. We will make reasonable efforts to keep core features stable, but do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
We may adjust interfaces, time limits, quotas, and security measures and will provide notice where reasonable. Changes that materially affect user rights apply after they are updated and do not retroactively change lawful actions already completed.
10. Fees and third-party costs
Whether currently available public features involve charges is determined by what the page displays at the time. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we will state the price, billing period, and cancellation method before charging; these terms alone will not trigger a charge.
You settle charges for network traffic, destination mailboxes, authenticator apps, or third-party services with the relevant provider. We are not responsible for changes in third-party prices or account restrictions.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Do not rely on this short-term testing service as the sole channel for critical business, medical, financial, or emergency communications.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains governed by applicable law. If local law does not permit a particular limitation, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted and does not affect the remaining terms.
12. Termination, disputes, and contact
You may stop using the service, destroy mailboxes, delete aliases, and clear local sessions to end your use. We may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, legal requirements, or ongoing security risks.
If a dispute arises, first contact support@forwardtop.com with the time, address, and a brief summary of the issue so both sides can attempt to resolve it in good faith. The severability of these terms ensures that one invalid provision does not invalidate the rest.
To report a security issue, abuse, or question about these terms, contact support@forwardtop.com. Do not include real passwords, complete identity documents, or production keys in ordinary support emails.
